Crispy Chicken Tacos with Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce

Crispy chicken tacos filled with tender chicken strips and topped with a sweet and spicy upcycled mole sauce, offering a delightful balance of flavors and textures.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 25-ounce package Great Value Fully Cooked

    Chicken Breast Strips

  • 1 10-count package Great Value Medium Soft Taco

    Flour Tortillas

  • 1 15-ounce package Freshness Guaranteed

    Homestyle Cole Slaw, or your favorite cole slaw

  • 1/2 cup or more bettergoods Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cook chicken breast strips according to package

    directions.

  2. While chicken cooks, heat tortillas. Remove tortillas

    from package and place on a plate, wrapped in a

    clean dish towel. Microwave on high in 15-second

    bursts until warmed to your liking. Re-arrange

    tortillas within the towel and re-wrap every so often

    to cook evenly.

  3. Place 2-3 cooked chicken breast strips into each

    warmed tortilla. Top with 1-2 Tablespoons of cole

    slaw and drizzle with Sweet and Spicy Mole Sauce.
