Sweet Potato Tot-chos (tot nachos) with Scorpion Truffle and Agave
Crispy sweet potato tots drizzled with an upcycled truffle and agave sauce, elevating the humble tots into a gourmet delight.

Bake time 5-7 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 20-ounce bag frozen sweet potato tots/puffs
1 15 ó ounce can Great Value black beans, drained
and rinsed
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup to1 cup bettergoods Scorpion Truffle and
Agave Sauce
1/2 cup Great Value sour cream
1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Remove cooked potatoes from oven and pre-heat
oven to 425ºF.
As oven heats, top potatoes with beans and cheese.
Bake until beans are heated through and cheese is
melty, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with Scorpion Truffle
and Agave, dollop or drizzle with sour cream and
top with jalapeno slices and cilantro.
