Sweet Potato Tot-chos (tot nachos) with Scorpion Truffle and Agave

Crispy sweet potato tots drizzled with an upcycled truffle and agave sauce, elevating the humble tots into a gourmet delight.

Bake time 5-7 minutes

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 20-ounce bag frozen sweet potato tots/puffs

  • 1 15 ó ounce can Great Value black beans, drained

    and rinsed

  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup to1 cup bettergoods Scorpion Truffle and

    Agave Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Great Value sour cream

  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices, drained

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.

  2. Remove cooked potatoes from oven and pre-heat

    oven to 425ºF.

  3. As oven heats, top potatoes with beans and cheese.

    Bake until beans are heated through and cheese is

    melty, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and drizzle with Scorpion Truffle

    and Agave, dollop or drizzle with sour cream and

    top with jalapeno slices and cilantro.
